Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process your order within 24 – 48 hours of it being placed or payment processed. TwoEightFour ships orders during normal business hours Monday – Friday. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of dispatch. The estimated delivery time is 1 – 2 weeks from shipment date. International deliveries may be longer and subject to customs requirements.
Returns
What can be returned?
Any product that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. To return an item, you must contact our help desk at info@twoeightfour.com.au and include the receipt with the returned item.

Who pays for postage costs for any returns?
All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
If you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact us at info@twoeightfour.com.au and read our information on Warranty Claims – Faulty Product.
Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?
Yes, if the product is the incorrect size or an exchange item it is required. In the case of a faulty product the packaging is not required but the outcome of any credit/refund will depend on TwoEightFour Quality department inspecting the faulty product.

The Viper is the low-cut kicking tee in the TwoEightFour range. Built for kickers who prefer a lower ball position, more control, and a flatter, more direct strike.
The Boom is a balanced all-rounder in the TwoEightFour range. Built for kickers who want a reliable setup for power, accuracy, height and control. Perfect for kids and beginners.
The Elevate is the high-cut kicking tee in the TwoEightFour range. Built for kickers who want extra height, hang time, and distance through the strike.
Our bundle pack includes all 3 of our kicking tees at our best price. We recommend this bundle for kickers who want to explore their technique and find their ideal kicking tee. All bundles also come with a free TwoEightFour carry bag for your tees, ball and boots.
Will it improve my kicking?
Yes, with regular practice. Using our kicking tees consistently can improve your accuracy and distance. Top goal kickers practice at least 3-4 times a week.
TwoEightFour kicking tees are designed by Jarrod Croker, one of the most accurate kickers in the NRL. Our range is NRL licensed and endorsed by RLPA, so you can be confident that our tees can help improve your kicks.
